We are very excited to announce we are expanding our timetable thanks to such wonderful response to the 'after-lock' reopening.
Our two newest classes will be Vinyasa Flow classes. These are flowing practices that will vary each week depending on the teachers sequences. They are not as strong as a power class but you will be guaranteed to both strengthen your body and improve your flexibility while moving very mindfully. All levels are welcome and the teacher will offer variations to suit all levels.

* THURSDAY 4pm with Toni
As our classes are often filling up, it's best to book in advance on Mindbody or here on our website. All mats and props are provided at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own.
We have strict disinfecting and cleaning processes for the studio and for the shared props in line with COVID guidelines.
